Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! We cannot accept product returns to ensure compliance with the local health code; however, we encourage customers to contact us in the rare event that a baked good isn't quite as delicious as you expected. We typically offer a free replacement as long as the customer contacts us within 14 days of shipment. We may ask that the not-quite-perfect product be shipped back to us for quality assurance review. The offer of a free replacement is a good faith effort to serve our amazing customers. We reserve the right to decline a replacement in circumstances that seem suspect or otherwise fradulent.
